The world is changing, and some would
say not a moment too soon.
In December 2022, a new positive
duty on all employers to eliminate
sexual harassment and discrimination
commenced. We are currently in a
12-month transition period that will
conclude at the end of November 2022,
after which the Australian Human
Rights Commission will have the power
to investigate and enforce employer
compliance with this positive duty.
